REVQIA 利用規約

本規約は、株式会社HAKUROKU（以下「当社」）が提供するREVQIA ベーシック（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。

1. 適用・申込み

本規約は本サービスを利用する事業者に適用されます。フォーム送信は仮申込みであり、契約、課金および無料期間は開始しません。Shopify管理画面に表示される料金、無料期間、権限および本規約を利用者が明示的に承認した時点で利用契約が成立します。

2. 利用資格

申込者は、対象Shopifyストアを管理し、本サービスを接続する正当な権限を有することを保証します。当社は確認に必要な情報の提供を求める場合があります。

3. ベーシックと先着50ストア特典

ベーシックは、5,000商品までの価格変更の検知・比較・承認後の復旧を提供します。先着50ストアには、初期費用0円、Shopify管理画面での承認日から最初の30日間無料、初回の価格変更リスク確認、検知条件の設定支援およびテスト用商品1点を元に戻す操作の支援を提供します。特典は1ストアにつき1回です。

4. 料金・無料期間・自動更新

ベーシックは日本円請求のストアでは月額3,980円（税込）、その他の請求通貨のストアでは29米ドルで、30日ごとに自動更新されます。先着特典の無料期間中に解約しない場合、31日目に初回請求が行われます。自動更新前の個別通知は行いません。Shopify管理画面で料金と無料期間を承認するまでは、契約、無料期間および課金は始まりません。

5. 権限と復元操作

Shopifyの権限仕様上、商品情報の確認・保存と復元には商品への書き込みを含む権限を使用します。当社が商品を書き換えるのは、利用者が開始した安全テスト、または変更前後と対象を確認して明示的に承認した復元操作に限ります。顧客・注文・決済情報への権限は要求しません。

6. 禁止事項

権限のないストアへの接続または第三者になりすました申込み
不正アクセス、過度な負荷、解析またはサービス運営の妨害
法令、公序良俗またはShopifyの規約に反する利用
本サービスを用いた第三者の権利侵害

7. サービスの停止・変更

保守、障害、外部サービスの停止、セキュリティ上の必要その他やむを得ない事情がある場合、本サービスの全部または一部を停止・変更する場合があります。可能な範囲で事前または速やかに通知します。

8. 監視・保存・復元に関する注意

本サービスはShopifyから受け取る商品変更通知をもとに、初回保存した価格と現在価格を比較して変更を記録します。外部サービスの配信状況により通知まで時間を要する場合があり、通知時間、すべての変更の検知、データの完全性または復元結果を保証するものではありません。契約中は価格変更履歴を保存し、画像ファイルは保存しません。

9. 解約・利用停止・データ削除

利用者は、REVQIAの設定画面から解約するか、Shopify管理画面で本アプリをアンインストールすることにより、いつでも今後の自動課金を停止できます。解約は直ちに効力を生じ、本サービスの利用は終了します。無料期間中に解約した場合、ベーシックの料金は請求されません。解約時に価格履歴、テスト・復元記録および通知先を削除します。アプリがインストールされている間は、再開と契約状態の確認に必要な接続・契約情報のみ保持し、アンインストール後に削除します。

10. 責任

当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、当社が本サービスに関連して負う損害賠償責任は、損害発生月を含む直近6か月に利用者が本サービスへ支払った金額を上限とします。ただし、法令上制限できない責任には適用しません。

11. 規約の変更

当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。利用者への影響が大きい変更は、相当な期間を設けて通知します。

12. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

REVQIA Terms of Service

These Terms govern REVQIA Basic (the "Service") provided by HAKUROKU Inc. ("we").

1. Application and agreement

These Terms apply to business users. Submitting the form is only an application and does not start a contract, billing, or a free period. The agreement begins when the merchant explicitly approves the displayed price, free period, permissions, and these Terms in Shopify Admin.

2. Eligibility

The applicant must be authorized to manage and connect the Shopify store. We may request information reasonably required for verification.

3. Basic and the first-50-store offer

Basic provides price-change detection, comparison, and approved recovery for up to 5,000 products. The first 50 stores receive $0 setup, the first 30 days free from Shopify approval, an initial price-risk review, help setting detection rules, and one guided restore test. The offer may be used once per store.

4. Price, free period, and renewal

Basic is JPY 3,980 including tax for stores billed in JPY and $29 for other billing currencies, renewing every 30 days. Unless cancelled during the founding free period, the first charge occurs on day 31. We do not send a separate renewal reminder. No contract, free period, or billing begins before approval in Shopify Admin.

5. Permissions and restore

Because of Shopify's permission model, the product permission used to view and store product information also includes write access required for restore. We write to a product only during a safety test started by the user or a restore whose before-and-after values, product, and fields the user has reviewed and explicitly approved. We do not request customer, order, or payment permissions.

6. Prohibited conduct

Connecting a store without authorization or impersonating another party
Unauthorized access, excessive load, reverse engineering, or interference
Use that violates law or Shopify rules
Using the Service to infringe third-party rights

7. Suspension and changes

We may suspend or change all or part of the Service for maintenance, outages, external-service failures, security needs, or other unavoidable reasons. We will provide advance or prompt notice where reasonably possible.

8. Monitoring, storage, and restore limitations

REVQIA compares Shopify product-change events with the prices saved during initial setup and records detected differences. Event delivery can be delayed. We do not guarantee notification time, detection of every change, complete data, or every restore result. Basic retains price-change history while the subscription is active and does not store image files.

9. Cancellation, stopping, and deletion

Users may stop future recurring billing at any time in REVQIA settings or by uninstalling the app in Shopify Admin. Cancellation is effective immediately and ends access to the Service. Cancelling during the free period results in no Basic charge. On cancellation, we delete price history, test and restore records, and the notification address. While the app remains installed, we retain only the connection and contract data needed to verify status and allow reactivation; this remaining data is deleted after uninstall.

10. Liability

Except for willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot be limited by law, our aggregate liability relating to the Service is limited to the amount paid by the user during the six months ending in the month the loss occurred.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced with reasonable advance notice.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes relating to the Service.
