販売価格・役務の対価	ベーシック：月額3,980円（税込）。海外のShopify請求通貨が日本円以外の場合は29米ドル。初期費用0円。先着50ストアは、Shopify管理画面での承認日から最初の30日間無料です。
販売価格以外の負担	インターネット接続料金、通信料金、Shopifyの利用料金その他利用者側で必要となる費用。
支払時期・方法	Shopify管理画面に表示される料金と無料期間を利用者が明示的に承認した場合に限り契約が成立します。先着50ストアは承認日から30日間無料で、無料期間中に解約しない場合は31日目から30日ごとにShopifyを通じて自動課金されます。
提供時期	Shopify管理画面でベーシックの料金、無料期間、必要権限を承認した後、接続設定が完了し次第提供します。
申込み期間・提供条件	30日無料特典は先着50ストア限定で、1ストアにつき1回です。フォーム送信は仮申込みであり、契約、課金および無料期間は開始しません。特典枠の確保後、Shopify管理画面での承認により利用契約が成立します。
契約期間・自動更新	ベーシックは30日ごとの継続契約です。先着特典の無料期間終了までに解約しない場合、31日目に初回請求が行われ、その後30日ごとに自動更新されます。自動更新前の個別通知は行いません。
解約	REVQIAの設定画面から解約するか、Shopify管理画面で本アプリをアンインストールすることで、いつでも今後の自動課金を停止できます。無料期間中に解約した場合、ベーシックの料金は請求されません。解約は直ちに効力を生じ、ベーシックの利用は終了します。
返品・キャンセル	デジタルサービスの性質上、提供開始後の返品はありません。提供内容に契約不適合がある場合は、利用規約および法令に従い対応します。
動作環境	有効なShopifyストア、インターネット接続、および最新版の主要ブラウザが必要です。利用機能に応じ、当社が案内するShopify権限への同意が必要です。
ベーシックの提供範囲	ベーシックは5,000商品までの価格変更の検知・比較・承認後の復旧を提供します。顧客・注文・決済・テーマ情報は取得しません。重要な変更や必要権限の変更時は改めて案内します。

Commercial Transaction Information

Price	Basic is $29 every 30 days for non-JPY Shopify billing, or JPY 3,980 including tax for JPY billing. Setup is $0. The first 50 stores receive the first 30 days free from Shopify approval.
Additional costs	Internet, communications, Shopify subscription, and other costs required on the user's side.
Payment timing and method	A contract begins only after the merchant explicitly approves the displayed price and free period in Shopify Admin. The first 50 stores receive 30 days free, followed by recurring Shopify billing every 30 days from day 31 unless cancelled.
Service start	After the merchant approves Basic's price, free period, and required permissions in Shopify Admin and connection setup is complete.
Application conditions	The 30-day-free offer is limited to the first 50 stores and may be used once per store. Submitting the form is only an application and does not begin a contract, billing, or the free period.
Term and renewal	Basic renews every 30 days. Unless cancelled during the free period, the first charge occurs on day 31 and recurring charges follow every 30 days. We do not send a separate renewal reminder.
Cancellation	Cancel anytime in REVQIA settings or by uninstalling the app in Shopify Admin. Cancelling during the free period results in no Basic charge. Cancellation is effective immediately and ends Basic access.
Returns	Because this is a digital service, there are no returns after service begins. Non-conformity is handled under the Terms and applicable law.
Requirements	An active Shopify store, internet access, a current major browser, and approval of the Shopify permissions required for selected features.
Basic scope	Basic covers price-change detection, comparison, and approved recovery for up to 5,000 products. We do not access customer, order, payment, or theme data.

REVQIA is a business service. This information is provided voluntarily to make the transaction terms clear. The Japanese version controls if a translation differs.
