ベーシックでは、価格変更を記録し、利用者が確認した価格だけを復元するために必要な範囲でShopifyデータを扱います。顧客・注文・決済・テーマ情報は取得しません。
取得・保存する情報
- ストアドメイン、商品・バリエーションのID
- 商品名（識別用）と価格の変更前後
- 通知先メールアドレス、価格変更履歴、テストおよび復元の操作記録
- Shopify接続トークン（暗号化して保存）
Shopify権限
商品情報の確認・保存と復元には、Shopifyの商品権限を使用します。この権限には書き込みが含まれますが、REVQIAが商品を書き換えるのは、利用者が開始した安全テスト、または対象と差分を確認して明示的に実行した復元だけです。
取得しない情報
顧客、注文、決済、テーマ、POS、ロケーションおよび在庫情報への権限は要求せず、これらのデータを保存しません。

保存期間と削除
ベーシックの契約中は価格変更履歴を保存し、画像ファイルは保存しません。解約時に価格履歴、テスト・復元記録および通知先を削除します。アプリがインストールされている間は、再開と契約状態の確認に必要な接続・契約情報のみ保持し、アンインストール後に削除します。
既存バックアップとの併用
既存のバックアップアプリを削除せず、REVQIAと併用することも可能です。先着特典の30日無料期間では、検知、通知、復元手順をテスト商品で確認してから継続を判断できます。
利用する外部サービス
Shopify、CloudflareおよびResendを、アプリ運用、データ保存、メール通知に利用します。

Basic processes only the Shopify data needed to record price changes and restore prices the user has reviewed. We do not obtain customer, order, payment, or theme data.
Data we store
- Store domain and product and variant identifiers
- Product title for identification and before-and-after prices
- Notification email, price-change history, and test and restore activity records
- Shopify connection tokens stored in encrypted form
Shopify permissions
We use Shopify's product permission to view and store product information and to perform restore. This permission includes write access, but REVQIA writes to a product only during a safety test started by the user or a restore the user explicitly starts after reviewing the target and difference.
Data we do not obtain
We do not request permissions for or store customer, order, payment, theme, POS, location, or inventory data.
Safeguards
- TLS-protected communications
- AES-GCM encryption for Shopify connection tokens
- Shopify webhook signature verification and duplicate-event prevention
- Purpose-limited access controls and activity records
- User review and an explicit action before restore
Retention and deletion
Basic retains price-change history while the subscription is active and does not store image files. On cancellation, we delete price history, test and restore records, and the notification address. While the app remains installed, we retain only connection and contract data needed to verify status and allow reactivation; this remaining data is deleted after uninstall.
Parallel use with an existing backup
You may use REVQIA alongside an existing backup app without removing it. Stores eligible for the first-50 offer can verify detection, notification, and restore with a test product during the 30-day free period before deciding whether to continue.
Service providers
We use Shopify, Cloudflare, and Resend for app operation, data storage, and email delivery.
